Our Support Policy outlines how we assist our Creators and Contributors in resolving issues that may come up from time to time, with the aim of helping everyone to have a smooth experience while using our platform.

Our ability to resolve issues depends upon the quality of communication we are able to achieve with users. We seek to offer helpful, friendly and timely support to all users — whether you’re a campaign creator or a supporter. In times of heavy traffic to our support team, we may ask you to send e-mail to support@apnacrowdfunding.com in such cases. Otherwise our support will be handled through chat support.

There is a paid support option for those who must get a human to assist them.

Our support services include:

  • Helping with payment and pledge-related concerns
  • Providing guidance on campaign setup and best practices
  • In very rare cases we may try to resolve your issue through a whatsapp call only if necessary.

  • We cannot guarantee outcomes for individual campaigns.
  • For campaign-specific questions (like goals, rewards or progress), our team will guide you on best practices and policies.

 

5. Reporting Problems or Abuse

    If you encounter:

  •  Inappropriate or fraudulent content
  •  Unauthorized transactions

 

Please report it immediately through our support channels. We take user safety seriously and will investigate reports promptly.
